I purchased this vacuum from Discount Cleaning Products. I was able to use the vacuum for about 35 days before it blew. I emailed the company and told them what happened. They told me to take it to a Hoover dealer.....that was about 100 miles from my house. They told me there was nothing they could do for me since it was past the 30 days. The guarantee was for 30 days I realize, but what has happened to customer service using this as a guide line? I will not take the chance and order this Hoover vacuum again or order anything from this company. I will go back to ordering the Oreck vacuums as I had in the past. They work great and don't break down.
