I bought this Haan steam cleaning system with four extra pads last month, and I love it! When I used it the first time on my kitchen floor, the pads turned black. With each use, they come out cleaner and cleaner. I don't have that sticky, squeaky feel now when walking across the floor. I also feel the bathroom floors are much cleaner now. The hand-held unit has been used on the shower walls and on the glass doors. I have recommended this to family and friends. The price for this combo unit was pretty good compared to buying each individually. The packaging couldn't have been better -- it arrived in excellent condition.
