finally got one. it is phenomenal. of course it is a delicate plastic machine, so must be handled with care. if cared for, i can see this machine performing miracles for me for years to come. i have never had a machine vacuum so well, even dry, and it had rescued some of the worst cat pee nightmare areas imaginable. cheers to this machine. light years ahead of the old tank bissell i've had for years.
